1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by RecoupOps Technologies, Inc. (“RecoupOps”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a healthcare practice, billing company, or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Software Services & Scope
RecoupOps provides automated electronic remittance (835) parsing, denial triage, and clinical appeal drafting tools. RecoupOps is a technology software provider and does not provide legal, medical, or clinical coding advice. All generated appeal packages are subject to final human review and approval by Customer's authorized personnel.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Customer agrees to pay subscription fees in accordance with the selected plan (Starter, Growth, or Partner). Monthly plans renew on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled with 30 days prior written notice.
4. Intellectual Property & Customer Data
Customer retains sole and exclusive ownership of all uploaded medical remittances, patient chart records, and claim documentation. RecoupOps retains ownership of its software algorithms, codebases, and user interfaces.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
