Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) supplements the Master Services Agreement between Customer and RecoupOps Technologies, Inc. It governs the processing of personal data in compliance with applicable US state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA).
1. Roles of the Parties
Customer acts as the Business / Controller, and RecoupOps acts as the Service Provider / Processor regarding non-PHI account and administrative data. Protected Health Information (PHI) is governed concurrently by our executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
2. Processing Instructions & Audits
RecoupOps will process personal data solely in accordance with Customer's documented instructions and will not sell, retain, or disclose personal data for any purpose other than providing the contracted revenue cycle software services.
