Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding from initial 30-day recovery audit to full production rollout
- Analyze payer remittance patterns and assist clients in optimizing appeal overturn rates
- Provide executive business reviews to practice CFOs and billing agency owners
Qualifications & Experience
- 6+ years of medical billing or hospital revenue cycle management leadership
- Deep familiarity with CARC/RARC codes, LCD/NCD guidelines, and payer appeal rules
- Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills
